How Working with Mondar Works

Everything your team needs to accept direct dispatches, submit bespoke quotes, configure Swiss IBAN payouts, and uphold Swiss service standards.

1. Staged, Zero-Friction Onboarding

Activate your account first and explore the portal right away. Complete our quick 4-question Partner Inquiry, and connect your Swiss IBAN & MWST/UID only when you are ready to accept your first job.

2. Direct Job Offers vs. Bespoke Quotes

Pre-priced bookings in your service radius land in Active Job Offers for 1-click acceptance. For custom requests, submit your net CHF price, estimated hours, and scope under Open Requests.

3. Transparent CHF Payouts (85% / 15%)

Direct offers pay 85% to your company (15% Mondar platform fee). On bespoke quotes, you receive 100% of your net supplier price (+15% Mondar client fee). Settled directly in CHF to your Swiss IBAN.

4. On-Site Check-In & Swiss revDSG Privacy

Property access secrets unlock 24h before scheduled arrival (CHK-05). Log arrival check-in on site and upload 1–3 completion photos to release the customer hold.
